Gracie wrote this for me after school today... the only words that I helped her with were merry and round. She has made amazing progress in the last few weeks in both reading and writing. Mrs. Bertel told us... "Congratulations ~ She's a Reader!"
Translated her sentences say... I am a girl with a doll. I went to the park with my doll and I went on the merry go round. Notice the use of periods and that she circled all of her sight words. She also dotted her i's with stars... love that!

Gracie, I am so proud of you for working so hard in school. I think this deserves a TT and Gracie outing to Pinkberry when I get to town. We need to celebrate! I love you!
